The Sleep Rollers will secure and grip to the hair naturally, but you may need to use some hair grips if you are sleeping in them.

Next Day Delivery: If you order by 3pm, Monday to Thursday, you will receive your goods the next day. If you order on a Saturday or a Sunday you will receive your goods on Tuesday.

Saturday Delivery: If you order on Friday by 3pm you will receive your goods on Saturday.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days however this may be longer during particularly busy periods. Purchases are delivered using various shippers according to the delivery address. Some orders will require a signature upon delivery.

We will keep you informed on the progress of your order via email. We will issue a dispatch confirmation when your order has left our warehouse.

In the highly unlikely event of your order not arriving please email us on sales@glamboutique.co.uk, stating your order number and we will investigate with our couriers and keep you informed via email.

Weekends and all Public holidays are not classed as working days.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition, unworn with all tags attached and within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This is indicated in the product description contained on the website www.glamboutique.co.uk.

Garments that have perfume odours or deodorant stains or odour will be sent straight back.

How to make a return

Please fully complete the Returns Form you receive with your order. If you do not have a Returns Form within your parcel please email  returns@glamboutique.co.uk

  • The item must be repacked, along with the returns form in the same condition as it was received.
  • Return to the address detailed on the Returns Form
  • We recommend using Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery so your parcel is insured and can be tracked. Glam Boutique cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the parcel whilst in transit.
  • Glam Boutique does not cover the cost of returning the item

Refunds

  • If the item meets all our requirements (unworn, unmarked, odour free with all tags attached) a refund will be processed no later than 30 days from the date Glam Boutique received your returned goods
  • Glam Boutique will not refund the cost of the original delivery fee

Exchanges

Please fully complete the Returns Form you receive with your order, stating which item (s) you wish to exchange and what for. If you do not have a Returns Form within your parcel please email  returns@glamboutique.co.uk

Please post this form along with the items you wish to exchange.

  • Return to the address detailed on your sales invoice
  • We recommend using Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery so your parcel is insured and can be tracked. Glam Boutique cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the parcel whilst in transit.

  • We only offer an exchange of the same product in a different size or colour.
  • Exchanges can take up to 7 days to be processed.
  • Once an exchange has been approved it will be sent out to you free of charge.
  • If we are unable to exchange the item we will email you with an explanation and offer a full refund minus the original shipping charge to you
  • Please note you may only make an exchange on the same item once.
